Galium aparine; Cleavers/Goosegrass

I found this Galium aparine just outside Trafford Park, early April. Goose grass is wide-spread and fairly easy to spot in most places, given its ability to self seed easily through the process of 'catching' on people and animals. This is why Goose grass is not only widespread, but often found amongst other ruderal plants.
This site outside Trafford Park offers sufficient sunlight and opportunity for further growth, as people and animals are often passing through to enter and exit Trafford Park.
